Adding an Image Gallery

A gallery of images is a great way to add some character and content to a page or blog post. A gallery can even be displayed as a slideshow included into a page, post, or even as a sidebar widget. Follow the instructions below to include a gallery or slideshow in a blog post.

Step 1: The Gallery must be created, and have some images added to it before you can insert one into a post or a page.

Step 2: Enter a name for your Gallery and click “Add Gallery”

Step 3: Now that the Gallery has been created, we can add images. Click “Browse” and select the images that you want included, choose the Gallery they are going to, and click “Upload images”

Step 4: Your Gallery can be inserted into a blog post or a page using the NextGen Gallery button

Step 5: Choose which gallery to insert, and how to display it. You can have the images in a list, or a slideshow.
