Daily Emails and Saved Searches allow you to have the system send listings automatically to your contacts. You can also email listings to the client manually if you are doing a search and find a home that you would like them to see. You can send up to 50 listings at a time by following the steps below.
Emailing listings to your clients
Step 1: Click “Search Listings”.
Step 2: Click either the “Classic Search” or the “Advanced Search”.
Step 3: Enter search criteria and click the “Search” button to bring up a list of homes.
Step 4: From the list of homes, click the checkbox next to the homes that you would like to send. Click the “Email” button at the top when you have finished selecting from the list.
Step 5: Click the “To:” button to bring up a new window with all of your contacts listed.
Step 6: From the list of contacts, click on the name of the people that you wish to send the listings to. When a name has been clicked on, it will appear in the list on the right hand side.
Step 7: You can enter an optional message to go along with this message. Click “Send” to send the email to your contact(s).
Step 8: A blue confirmation message will appear and take you back to the original list of homes that you selected from. Your message has been sent to the selected contacts.
Step 9: Your contacts will receive an email that looks similar to the one below (except your contact information and logo will appear instead of the HomeQuest information). Click on the link to open Looking Glass and see the listings.
