I'd love it if I could set up some general, auto-update market analyzer reports viewable to my clients. For example, I could set up a report for all of Beaverton, make it visible to my clients, but then just have it auto-update each month as information becomes available, instead of having to go in and change the date ranges myself. I know, I'm making myself sound really lazy...but it's more a matter of automating my tasks in my quest to be super-efficient.
