When a client has either purchased a home, or has stopped looking for the time being you are welcome to either delete their contact, or many agents choose to just disable their email address and leave their contact information in the list. This gives you the ability to sign that contact right back up quickly if they return again.
How to disable a clients email address:
Step 1: From the contacts page, click the circular “+” next to “Contact Info”.
Step 2: UNcheck the “Receiving” box next to each email address that you would like to disable. The “Receiving” box lets the system know that it is alright to use the email address. Without the check mark there, the system will not use this email address. Click the “Save” button at the top to finish.
