You can keep notes on the contacts you have in your HomeQuest contact list.  This can provide an organized history of notes that you have kept for this contact and their home search, or notes on your collaboration with them.

Adding a Note to a Contact:

Step 1: In HomeQuest, click on the name of the contact you wish to add a note to.  Then click the “+” next to “Contact Info” to expand the area where the notes are located.  Enter your note in the large blank field, and make sure to click “Save” at the top when you are finished.
