HomeQuest is a month to month prepaid subscription service that automatically bills your Visa or MasterCard each month (a six month billing increment is also available).
On the day that your bill is due next, our system will automatically use the card we have on file for you and email you a receipt. If a problem occurs, the billing system will email you a notice that it was unable to process your card and it will try again at 9am the next day. The system will try for 15 days before your account will be locked.
Paper billing is not available. Only Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Checks and other credit card types are not accepted.
