The goal of the HomeQuest Technical Support team is to provide our clients prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to their questions.

Eligibility for Technical Support

All registered users of HomeQuest are eligible for free technical support of the HomeQuest IDX product and limited technical support for their WordPress template websites if they’ve chosen to activate one.

Agents who purchased a custom WordPress website are eligible for free limited technical support related to the coding and design elements we created. Any changes in design elements after your website is complete may be subject to an additional support fee.

Determine if your Question is Appropriate for Technical Support

Would you look for the answer to your question in a “how-to” book or is it more of a “this is broken, and needs fixing” item? If the answer would be in a how-to book, then your question may not be appropriate for HomeQuest technical support, but we’d still like to help get your question answered. Here are some excellent resources:

WordPress Resource Guide – everything you ever wanted to know about how to use WordPress from beginner to advanced topics.

Read the HomeQuest user manual. Often you can find information related to your question by checking the manual. This manual covers the contact management area and what we refer to as the “agent admin area”.

The HomeQuest Contact Management support page is continually being updated. Check there for answers to the most common questions regarding HomeQuest. You can also search the complete HomeQuest Support Library which includes step by step instructions, videos, and other resources. Simply enter keywords into the “Search Box” (top right of the page).
