You can suspend the Daily Email for a contact to prevent them from receiving the daily email listings.  You may want to do this because the client is not interested in receiving listings any longer.  More commonly though, you will suspend the Daily Email because you have setup a Saved Search for this client and they do not want to receive both.  You may have both the Daily Email as well as many Saved Searches all going at once, the choice is up to you, however you should keep in mind how many emails are going to the client to keep from irritating them with too many messages.

 

Suspending or Stopping the Daily Email for a contact:

 

Step 1:  Click the contacts name from the “Main” tab or the “Contacts” tab.

 

Step 2: Click on the circular “+” button to expand the Daily Email section.

 

Step 3: Check the “Suspend Daily Reports” box.

 

Step 4: Confirm the pop-up question.  This is confirming that you wish to suspend the Daily Email as well as explains that you will need to setup a Saved Search in order for the contact to continue to receive listings without Daily Email reports.

 

Step 5: The contact record will save automatically and refresh.  The Daily Email section now displays “Disabled” so that you can quickly tell the next time you open this contact.
