Your clients can view all of the listings for a specific Saved Search that you have setup for them.  When they receive a Saved Search with new listings, by default only the newest ones are shown so that the client is not bothered with something they have seen before.  However if they would like to be able to browse all homes that match that search criteria they can do that from the “My Saved Searches” section of the client Looking Glass toolbox (the blue bar on the left hand side).

After clicking a link in an email from HomeQuest, the client Looking Glass launches in their default web browser.  In the toolbar on the left hand side, click “My Saved Searches” and all of the Saved Searches setup by the agent for this client will be visible.  Click the green “View” button to show all of the homes for that search on the map.
