HomeQuest Tip: Did you know that you can tell which clients have been active most recently?  Many agents choose to view their client activity first thing each day, because they are able to tell immediately who has been looking at listings so that you can plan out which clients will need your attention that day.

Viewing Recent Client Activity:

Step 1: After logging into HomeQuest, click the “View Client Activity” link located on the upper right hand side.

Step 2: The list that loads will now display your contact list ordered by the most recently active client first.  You can see under the “Last View” column the date that the client last looked at listings, and also how many listings they looked at the details of.  Click on the number of listings they looked at to see the list of homes they opened.
